Rajeev Menon

Founder & Group CEO – India

With over 25 years in consulting, Rajeev is the visionary behind HNCS. His leadership has driven the company’s transformation from a boutique advisory firm into a global consulting and outsourcing powerhouse. Rajeev holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and previously held senior roles at Infosys and Capgemini. He is passionate about economic inclusion, ethical innovation, and cross-border collaboration. “Leadership is not about being in charge. It’s about taking care of those in your charge.”

Emma Caldwell

Chief Strategy Officer – United Kingdom

Emma brings two decades of experience in digital transformation, analytics, and international strategy. A graduate of the London School of Economics, she has led global strategy for firms like Accenture and Deloitte. At HNCS, Emma drives corporate growth strategy, market expansion, and ESG integration across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. “We don’t just consult—we co-create futures with our clients.”

Dr. Vikram Shah

Chief Technology Officer – India

A technologist and data science expert, Dr. Shah oversees all things innovation at HNCS. With a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from IIT Bombay and a career that spans IBM Research and Google India, he leads our product innovation, automation platforms, and digital delivery teams. He’s also a startup mentor and a thought leader in ethical AI. “Technology is an enabler, but human insight is what turns data into action.”

Isabella Martinez

Chief Operating Officer – Spain

Isabella brings operational finesse and global experience to the team. She has held leadership positions across Latin America and Europe with PwC and SAP. At HNCS, she ensures operational scalability, performance excellence, and quality assurance across global delivery centers. “Efficient systems, empowered teams—that’s the HNCS way of working.”

Ananya Deshmukh

Director – Human Capital & Culture – India

Ananya has been instrumental in shaping HNCS’s talent philosophy. With over 15 years in HR strategy and organizational behavior, she leads talent acquisition, leadership development, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives. She’s a certified NLP coach and holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology. “People are our true competitive advantage.”

Michael Chen

Director – Client Experience – Singapore

Michael oversees client relations across Southeast Asia and Australia. With a background in enterprise solutions and SaaS, he ensures that client experience remains consistent, personalized, and value-driven. He previously led customer success for Oracle APAC. “Our success is measured by the success of our clients."
